NOTES:

  • All prices are F.O.B. Bellingham, Washington. Prices are shown in US dollars.
  • Rentals begin the day AG place the equipment in shipping and ends the day AG receives the equipment at our office in good working condition.
  • For the purposes of calculating rentals, one week is defined as 7 days and one month is defined as 30 days.
  • Mobilization fees do not include any shipping charges, customs broker fees, or insurance.
  • Mobilization fees include our one-time charge for packing, handling, testing, repairing, and minor cleaning of the equipment.
  • Please provide us with your FEDEX account number and be sure to pay for shipping when the instruments are returned.
  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the renter. Shipping charges paid by Apollo Geophysics will be invoiced with a 15% surcharge.
  • The above fees do not include any shipping charges, customs broker fees, or insurance charges.
  • Renter shall bear all risk of loss, destruction, or damage to equipment resulting from any cause whatsoever.
  • Payment is due net 30 days. Overdue payments are subject to 2% interest per month.
  • Our Normal Business Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Regular business days for return of instruments are Monday through Friday, no later than 5:00PM PST.
